Submission Agreement

This consent agreement form is for individuals or organizations who are submitting a storybook to It’s Reading Time. By submitting the storybook, you are confirming that you either hold the copyright to the storybook or are authorized to represent the copyright holder. This means that you have the legal right to grant permission to It’s Reading Time to use the storybook in a specific manner.

It’s Reading Time is being granted non-exclusive permission to read, promote, and distribute recordings of the submitted storybook on YouTube and any other media or streaming platforms that It’s Reading Time may appear on. This means that you are allowing It’s Reading Time to use the storybook for these purposes, but you still retain the rights to the storybook and may allow other entities to use it as well without the need of further notice.

It’s Reading Time does not need to provide further notice or ask for additional permission for these uses of the storybook. The permission granted in this consent agreement form is perpetual and does not have an expiration date.
